CISSP Adaptive Prep ("we," "us," or "our") is an online exam preparation platform designed to help cybersecurity professionals study for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification exam. The platform is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by (ISC)², the organization that administers the CISSP exam.
By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or making a purchase, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

CISSP Adaptive Prep does not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing the CISSP exam or any other certification examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including individual preparation, test-day performance, and changes to exam content by (ISC)².
Our platform is a supplementary study tool. We make no representation that our practice questions will mirror the exact content, format, or difficulty of the actual CISSP exam. Results from our readiness assessments and adaptive scoring are estimates only and should not be interpreted as a prediction of actual exam performance.
We strongly recommend using multiple study resources in addition to our platform.
Access to CISSP Adaptive Prep is available through paid subscription plans. Current plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Subscriptions provide access to the platform for the duration specified in your plan (typically 12 months from the date of purchase). Access expires at the end of the subscription period unless renewed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect payment details.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with content, failure to pass the CISSP exam, change of mind, accidental purchase, or inability to use the platform due to technical issues on your end.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to review our free resources and feature descriptions carefully to ensure our platform meets your needs. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this no-refund policy.
In the event of a verified technical failure on our part that renders the platform completely inaccessible for an extended period, we reserve the right — but are not obligated — to provide a subscription extension at our sole discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal study purposes only.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or uninterrupted access. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CISSP Adaptive Prep and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to failure to pass the CISSP exam, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Termination due to Terms violations will not result in a refund.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at the email address below to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.
